Hi, I’m Karyn. I’ve always been a bit of a tinkerer — often raiding my husband’s tools and forever looking at things and thinking, “There has to be a better way to do this!”
I love improving, inventing, scavenging and creating, so this winter, with the horses turned out and a little more time on my hands, I started playing around with something that has always frustrated me — hay nets.
I’ve now made several for myself and for friends, with many design improvements along the way. They’re strong, colourful and practical, and they’ve been well and truly herd-tested for durability.
The contrasting drawstring is thick and soft, making it easy to find, tie and untie. The looped ends and carabiner give you plenty of options: clip it, hang it, tie it up, or simply throw it into the paddock or yard.
Now you too can unleash your creativity and make something special for your horse or pony! Create a colourful, durable hay net or lead rope in your choice of colours—and enjoy the satisfaction of making it yourself.
